Welcome to NG-STAR version 2.0!

This version of NG-STAR has been updated to increase system performance and enhancements have been made to improve user and curator functionality. Of special note is that to co-ordinate with the Neisseria pubMLST platform (https://pubmlst.org/bigsdb?db=pubmlst_neisseria_seqdef), all allele number identifications previously designated as allele_0 (zero) have been replaced with allele_100. All NG-STAR sequence types have remained unchanged; however their corresponding allelic profiles will now contain the number 100 in place of the previously used zeros.
